Highest Level of Education Content
We have over 200 pages of cutting manuals and over 500 pages of chemical treatment manuals, including hair restoration. Detailed lessons simulating salon work are held weekly in a separate space from regular salon operations, all during business hours.

Environment Rich in Experience
We have staff who have gained experience in “Tokyo”, “Daikanyama”, “Fukuoka”, and “Yokohama”, including former salon owners. Some staff have traveled worldwide. Our salon has many reliable staff members who can discuss topics beyond just beauty.

Fulfilling Private Life
Two days off per week, Sundays off, and paid leave are standard. There are no mandatory after-hours lessons or meetings. We believe it's important for each person to be self-disciplined and independent.

Salary
Total Compensation 185,000-225,000↑
＜内訳＞
Base salary 180,000 yen + Perfect attendance allowance + Housing allowance (20% of rent) + Overtime pay (hourly rate × 1.25)
+ Product sales commission 10% + Transportation costs (full amount) + Family allowance + Partial parking fee coverage
*Half scholarship support system available
Working Hours
9:30-18:30
Holidays and Leave
Complete 2 days off per week (2 days between Monday and Sunday – requests possible)
